Financial Controller
Financial Controller Job Description and Responsibilities
mTuitive is the leading synoptic reporting and data analytics company in healthcare. Physicians use our products to document pathological diagnoses and surgical procedures and build clinical reports. We are shaking up the traditional documentation process and rewarding physicians with intelligent reminders, calculations, and unprecedented ease of use - helping them provide better care and maximize reimbursement. Our solutions aggregate results to produce measurable quality metrics and deliver data to systems that put it to use.
The Financial Controller will assume an advisory role and report to the CEO. Primary day-to-day responsibilities will include planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, partnership compliance, and review of private and institutional financing.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Establish finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; designing reporting and accountability systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
Manage budgeting processes.
Develop performance measures and monitoring systems that support the company's strategic direction.
Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations.
Implement operational best practices.
Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.
Report financial performance to the CEO and Executive Team (monthly)
Report financial results to the board of directors (quarterly) and shareholders (annually).
Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets, and consolidation and reporting to the Executive Team.
Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities.
Ensure effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
Requirements:
BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable.
5+ years in progressively responsible financial roles, preferably in technology
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.
Solid problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Preference for a local candidate who would primarily work from Company HQ in Centerville, Massachusetts.

Sales Executive
Sales Executive Job Description and Responsibilities

We are shaking up the traditional documentation process and rewarding physicians with intelligent reminders, calculations, and unprecedented ease of use - helping them provide better care and maximize reimbursement. Our solutions aggregate results to produce measurable quality metrics and deliver data to systems that put it to use. This role will be focused on the US Territory west of the Mississippi River, and Canada.
Position Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to fill the top of the funnel and achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets
Identify industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Prepare reports on account status, transaction sales, and forecasts
Partner with Marketing to refine materials and execute targeted campaigns
Cooperate with Implementation, Support, and Product to ensure excellent customer experience
Work with resellers and partners to develop high leverage sales channels
Requirements
Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets
Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Willingness to spend time building relationships via phone (2 hours/day)
Salesforce/CRM experience
Healthcare technology sales experience a plus
Capacity to develop deep familiarity with complex subject matter in healthcare
Experience in healthcare or similarly challenging field
