PRODUCT SPECIFIC TERMS

These terms are in addition to the terms and conditions of MEDITECH’s End User License Agreement for Third Party Content.

mTuitive Pathology™ (“mT Pathology”) provides Third Party content from mTuitive, Inc. (“mTuitive”) for use in the Service. End User acknowledges and agrees to the following Product Specific terms and conditions:

1.1 College of American Pathologists electronic Cancer Protocols (CAP eCPs) License grant.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the Reseller Agreement between mTuitive and MEDITECH, mTuitive hereby grants End User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without right of sublicense, to use the CAP eCPs internally solely for its intended use for the Subscription Term.

c. The CAP eCP includes tumor staging data used with permission of the American Joint

Committee on Cancer (AJCC), Chicago, Illinois. The original source for this information

is the AJCC Cancer Staging System (2020).2) Addition of UsersIn the event the End User

needs to purchase additional subscriptions for anatomic pathologists requiring

access to mT Pathology, the End User must notify MEDITECH and mTuitive so annual

Subscription Fees can be adjusted appropriately.
